Shipping policy

Any offers for free shipping without reference to a specific location or country are only for delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.

 

All orders are subject to our Terms of Service.

Shipping rates and offers are subject to change without notice.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been processed and fulfilled and not from when the order was placed.

Orders are typically fulfilled in 1 to 3 business days.  If we encounter an exception for your order a customer service representative will contact you.

For standard shipping we reserve the right to select the carrier.

International customers are responsible for all duties or VAT in additional to shipping costs charged on their order.  By placing an international order (orders outside of the USA) you acknowledge you understand the potential additional costs and local customs regulations.

We are currently only shipping product to North America, US territories, and China/Hong Kong/Macao.  If you are outside of these locations and have an interest in purchasing product please email sales@amberganics.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties for international returns (see Returns and Exchanges).

We currently are not offering gift wrapping as an option during shipping selection.
